Why Is There No One Like Me?

A voice for the ones still quiet.
Letters from a life rebuilt.
For those who’ve survived in silence.

I kept asking myself a question for years — silently, and often in shame:

“Why is there no one like me?”

I looked everywhere — books, podcasts, social media.

I found stories of men healing, creators building platforms, spiritual seekers rising from pain.

But none of them had my story.

None of them were straight men who had sex with hundreds of other men for money.

None of them were webcam models who built adult content as a way to survive.

None of them were bodybuilders on steroids, chasing the perfect shape and exploding inside from the rage.

None of them started hormone therapy just to see if being a woman would finally let them feel safe.

None of them were fathers — trying to raise a child in truth while hiding years of secrets.

None of them… were me.

And for a long time, that made me feel like a mistake.

Like a man with no place.

But then I realized something:

Maybe there’s no one like me because I’m the one who’s supposed to speak first.

Maybe I’m not here to follow a path — I’m here to build one.

For the others.

The ones still quiet.

The ones still performing.

The ones still ashamed of what they did — or what they needed — just to survive.

Embrace to Understand is not my brand.

It’s the answer to that question:

“Why is there no one like me?”

Because you were always supposed to go first.
